　　Notice by Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court of Guangdong 

Province SZFPZ No.45 (2013)

　　On Sep. 17, 2013, our court decided to accept the bankruptcy 

liquidation case filed by Jade Cargo International Company Limited

 (hereinafter referred to as Jade Cargo). As of Oct. 15, 2014, the

 Administrator has received claims from total 133 creditors. As 

reviewed by the Administrator, the creditors' rights are confirmed

 to amount to RMB4, 125,740,836.26(expressed in Renminbi;same below). According to the audition

 by Sep. 17, 2013, Jade Cargo has a total asset of 

RMB1, 744,182,102.75 and a total debt of RMB4, 711,601,772.67, 

with a negative net asset of RMB 2,967,419,669.92, which falls 

in a severe insolvency. As Jade Cargo is incapable of paying off 

the matured debts and its assets fail to cover all debts, our court

 holds it complies with the conditions of bankruptcy liquidation. 

As stipulated in Cause 1 of Article II and Article 107 of the 

Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of PRC, our court announced through 

judgment on Dec. 1, 2014 that Jade Cargo falls into bankruptcy 

liquidation.
