 full building with two-level and total area of 983.28m2, located in No.004-003-123, Xincuo Village, Xin Cuo Town, Fuqing City, Fujian Province.

 Number of house ownership certificate is Rong Fang Quan 

Zheng R Zi No.1308505. Time of approval of building license 

is on Feb.1, 2013 and house ownership registration is on

 Nov.12, 2013. Now the registrant of house ownership Huang 

Shiyifang will sell the house and apply for transferring 

registration. Hereby announce for objections. 

The objector should put forward objections to China Fujian 

Province Fuqing City Real Estate Management Exchange in

 30 days from the date of publishing. If overdue, it shall 

be regarded as no objection. Our exchange will deal with 

ownership transferred registration.
