Upon application of the liquidation group of Jade Cargo International Company Limited(hereinafter refer to “Jade Cargo”), WE, Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court, decided to accept the bankruptcy of Jade Cargo on September 17th, 2013, and designated Guangdong Shengdian Law firm as the bankruptcy administrator of Jade Cargo on September 29th, 2013. The expenses for examining and confirming the claims declared afterwards shall be bored by the creditor that makes such declaration. The creditor who fails to declare his claims shall not exercise his right according to The Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People’s Republic of China. The debtors or property holders of Jade Cargo shall pay off the debts or deliver the property to the bankruptcy administrator of Jade Cargo .
WE, Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court, decide to convene the first creditors’ meeting at 2:30 pm on January 15th, 2014, in the first hearing room of Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court.
The creditors declaring claims according to law are entitled to attend the creditors’ meeting. The creditors attending the meeting shall provide business license, certificate of legal representative or the person in charge in case of a corporate or other organization, and shall provide the identity certificate in case of a natural person. If the creditors authorize the agent to attend the meeting, a power of attorney with power including but not limited to adding, revising, abandoning claims and voting, the identity document or lawyer’s license and designation letter from the law firm in case of a lawyer is authorized, shall be provided.
