复旦大学“上海市智能信息处理重点实验室”诚聘实验室主任

　　复旦大学“上海市智能信息处理重点实验室”，成立于2003年，挂靠复旦大学计算机科学技术学院，以“生物信息处理”、“网络信息处理”、及“金融信息处理”为三个主攻方向，近年来取得丰硕成果。为促进实验室的快速发展，加快提升科研水平和国际竞争力，现拟招聘一名学术造诣高、学术组织领导能力强、国际视野宽的实验室主任。真诚欢迎海内外、复旦大学校内外有识之士前来应聘！

　　工作任务：建设一支高水平高效率的优秀教师队伍，引进杰出人才，培养现有中青年骨干，培养优秀研究生；提高实验室学术地位和国际竞争力，促进国际交流与合作；管理实验室日常工作及实验室基础设施、财务。

　　招聘要求：在相关国际学术机构担任重要职务者优先；“金融信息处理”领域学者优先。

　　曾组织和承担过所在国或国际重大合作项目，正在从事的科研工作处于国际前沿；

　　在实验室相关领域具有较高的学术造诣和学术影响力，近6年在国际重要期刊和国际顶级学术会议上发表高质量论文，作特邀报告，或拥有国际领先水平、原创性的研究成果；

　　国籍不限， 精通英语，年龄在60岁或以下。

　　聘任期限和聘任待遇：每届聘期为3年，于评估后换届，但最多连任三届；每年在复旦大学全时工作9个月（特殊情况另议）； 实验室主任不可兼任其他各级实验室行政领导职务。 

　　待遇从优面议，原则上不低于复旦类似实验室主任标准；对引进人才，将充分享受学校各类从优政策。

　　聘期内工作权限：在学校及学院授权范围内，领导实验室，就人、财、物行使管理。

　　The Shanghai Key Laboratory of Intelligent Information Processing, Fudan University, Shanghai, 

China, was established in 2004, and is hosted by Fudan’s School of Computer Science. In the 

recent years, the lab focuses on three research themes in biological information processing, 

network information processing, and financial information processing. The lab is committed 

to enhance its scientific research quality and international reputation, and is now seeking a

new director.

　　Job Description:To develop the lab through recruiting outstanding talents, helping the existing

faculty grow, and continue to develop the graduate education program;To improve the lab’s 

academic status and international reputation, and to promote international exchanges and 

cooperation;To independently manage the laboratory in terms of its human resources, finance

and physical facility and infrastructure, within the scope authorized by the University and the 

School of Computer Science.

　　Job requirements:The preferred candidate is one who has held leadership positions in 

international academic institutions; scholars in the field of financial information processing 

are highly preferred.

　　The preferred candidate is one who has led major collaborative research projects in his/her 

host country, and is engaged in research efforts at the international forefront;The preferred

candidate is one who has high academic achievements and academic influence in the focus 

research fields of laboratory, with highquality papers published in important international 

journals and top international academic conference in the past six years, or has obtained 

important original research results at the internationally advanced level.

　　No restrictions on the nationality of the candidate, but the candidate must be fluent in 

English.

　　Appointment terms and compensation:The successful candidate is to be appointed as lab 

director for a 3year term, and is expected to work fulltime at Fudan University for at 

least 9 months each year (except for special cases up to negotiation). The directorship 

may be renewed upon evaluation for up to 3 terms, and the director cannot concurrently 

hold executive/managerial positions at other university, municipality, or state key labs. 

　　Compensation and academic rank are negotiable and commensurate with experience 

and qualification. It’s expected that the compensation package will be on par with those 

for similar positions at the university, and will take full advantage of the various talent

programs available to the successful candidate.
